Kalissa at NFT DAY

The luxury brand Kalissa Paris was present at Paris NFT Day and PBWS 2022: a look back at the event!

The rising star of fashion 3.0, the French luxury clothing and accessories brand Kalissa Paris, marked with its presence the Paris NFT Day and the Paris Blockchain Week Summit (PBWS) from 12 to 14 April 2022, which took place at the Palais Brongniart in Paris. The opportunity was great for the young team of entrepreneurs, to present its project combining fashion, NFTs and metaverse, to hundreds of visitors passionate about NFTs, blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies !

An international event

For its first edition at the Palais Brongniart, an illustrious building that served as a French stock exchange for nearly 200 years and located in the heart of Paris, the capital of fashion and luxury, Kalissa Paris distinguished itself at booth n°3 just at the entrance of Paris NFT Day.

With more than 2000 participants, 100 speakers, 150 media and sponsors, the largest European event dedicated to the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) sector exceeded all expectations. On the front line, the Kalissa team was able to highlight its innovative concept to the many investors, crypto project managers, journalists and other visitors present at the show, with multiple contacts on the professional level very promising. The members of the Kalissa community were not left out as some privileged people were able to join the stand to exchange with the team on site and support the project.

Paris NFT Day is an immersion in the world of NFTs and the Web3 ecosystem, to understand, experiment, and network with the main players in the field, on various themes such as luxury, fashion, virtual reality, art, sport and gaming. As a pioneering company, Paris NFT Day was even present on Decentraland, to welcome visitors in the metaverse !

Among the dozens of speakers present at the event, Hugo Prud'homme, main speaker of the Kalissa project, had the opportunity to draw attention to the phoenix brand, presenting in front of a packed room the advantages of the Kalissa ecosystem, starting with the "regeneration" of physical clothing thanks to the NFT, to the QR code and the NFC chip, making their authentication tamper-proof.

In preview, the investors, media and developers present were able to discover a new way of apprehending fashion and luxury, where the purchase of fashion objects marketed by Kalissa becomes a long-term investment and guaranteed for life, bringing together consumers, investors and collectors, in a virtuous system guaranteed by blockchain technology.

There is also within the Kalissa ecosystem a Marketplace dedicated, among other things, to NFTs, and its utility token, the KALI cryptocurrency, a real spearhead of the project, whose IEO is scheduled a few days after the event.


BFM Business welcomes Kalissa Paris

Later in the day, quentin Prud'homme and Jean-Rémy Dehaye, respectively project director and co-founder of Kalissa, at BFM Business, one of the main French television channels and media leader in economic news, highlighted the flagship project of fashion 3.0 and NFTs, applied to the physical world and the metaverse! The largest blockchain conference in Europe

For its third edition, the PBWS gathered at the Palais Brongniart more than 3000 participants, 70 sponsors, 250 speakers and 100 media partners, on 13 and 14 April 2022.

For two days, the largest "blockchain and cryptocurrency" event in Europe allowed the organization of sessions on the fundamental topics of the sector, such as traceability, the use of blockchain in innovation, digital governance, the state of liquidity of digital assets, cooperation for international regulation, and a retrospective of achievements in 2021 and 2022.

Top speakers such as CZ (CEO of Binance), Brad Garlinghouse (CEO of Ripple) and Sam Bankman-Fried (CEO of FTX), to name a few, have come and led the PBWS conferences.


A second historic drop for Kalissa!

It was during this second day in the historic building of the Palais Brongniart that the second limited edition drop was launched by the Kalissa company, including 50 unique pieces with four levels of rarity. The physical garment, a sweatshirt made of high quality organic fabric , is of course connected to an NFT that certifies the property of the buyer and authorizes its use in the metaverses. The collection, sold out in 17 minutes, was created on the Ethereum network, and sold at a price of 299 EUR per unit. Note that each holder of this NFT was offered 100 EUR in KALI for the occasion.

With this enthusiasm, the Kalissa team took advantage of these two exceptional days, between discussion on the stand, VIP show, to make real contacts and talk about Kalissa Paris throughout the building, especially with representatives of the luxury market (Balenciaga, Chanel, Louis Vuitton) … All the feedback received was excellent regarding the project as a whole!

A very promising balance sheet

Following the show, several renowned YouTubers were met, initiating advanced discussions to continue promoting Kalissa on social networks and propel her rise. The organizers of Paris NFT Day and PBWS came in person to congratulate the team, and it is with enthusiasm that all the staff announce that they have spent three great days!

To conclude

The 3 intense days of Paris NFT Day on the 12th, and the PBWS on April 13 and 14, 2022, were an opportunity for the luxury brand Kalissa Paris to make its project and ecosystem known to the major players in the NFT and cryptocurrency industry in France and internationally. The spotlight on the French start-up with the firebird is therefore a great success for its community, which is now preparing for the imminent launch of its KALI token, with an IDO on one of the largest launchpads in the world.
